What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Opt-in form (email checklist/lead magnets)
If you submit your email address through one of our opt-in forms (for example, to receive a free checklist or guide), we collect your email address and, where the form asks for it, your first name. We use this information to send you the requested content and related email updates. We only email people who have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Embedded content from other websites
Our opt-in forms are provided by Hostinger Reach, a third-party email marketing service. When you submit one of these forms, the information you enter is sent directly to and processed by Hostinger Reach on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not currently run analytics or advertising tools on this site, so we do not set tracking cookies ourselves. Hostinger Reach hosts the opt-in forms embedded on our pages, and their form widget may set its own cookies as part of submitting and processing the form. Please refer to Hostinger’s privacy policy for details on what their tools do.
Who we share your data with
We share the personal data described above with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf or as part of running our business:
- Hostinger Reach — manages our email list and delivers the content you request (e.g. checklists, guides, newsletter emails).
- Payhip — processes payments if and when you purchase a digital product from us.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we retain your data
If you subscribe to our email list, we retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request that we delete your information, we will remove your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes related to a purchase).
What rights you have over your data
If you have provided us with your email address or made a purchase, you can request to:
- see what personal data we hold about you,
- receive a copy of that data, and
- ask us to delete your personal data,
- subject to any records we’re legally required to keep (such as purchase records for tax purposes).

Your data is sent to and stored by our service providers, Hostinger Reach and Payhip, in the course of them providing their services to us.
